This might have happened for the following reasons:
1. Driver's license:
Which driver's licenses do we not accept?
Do you still own an old grey driver's license? Then you can schedule an appointment via firstname.lastname@example.org for manual validation at our Berlin office.
2. ID card:Which IDs do we not accept?
You got married and now carry a different surname? Please contact our support team and so that we can activate your account.
3. App-related issues:
Did you have to cancel the registration because the app froze? Restarting the app often helps in cases like this.
