what do I do with a faulty Bluetooth connection

Start rental:
Pull one of the brakes and press the GO button at the same time. Keep the GO button pressed and the brake pulled for a few seconds until the scooter starts to give an acoustic signal.
You will receive a Bluetooth pairing request in your app. If you confirm the request, you will be able to connect to the scooter and unlock it.

End rental:
Press the hazard light button, which is located on the left handle bar, above the yellow horn. Keep the button pressed for a few seconds until a notification shows up in your app. Confirm the Bluetooth pairing request and you will be able to connect and end the rental directly.
